Customer service in.By the inn level, some flaws that are not in accordance with the place proposal.Ex: We did not receive help to remove the luggage from the car (cobblestone floor, bad to drag suitcase), the accommodation was already 100% paid and the attendant informed me that it was missing to pay 50%.By answering that he believed I already paid full value, he asked me to check in my app (with other guests nearby).I had combined by email the time that would arrive at the hostel and the guardian promptly answered me that the accommodation would already be available, when finished filling documentation at Check In asked to wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready.In isolation it may seem bullshit, but for the amount you pay and proposed by a charm inn, expected service is expected in all aspects.Taking these facts out of the arrival, everything else was excellent.Reception employees need training for service consistent with the inn level.

The hostel has rustic and charming decoration.The rooms are large and spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed.Pool and sauna are very delicious to enjoy at the end of the day.The location is great, when leaving the inn you are already on Rua dos Restaurante and shops to walk at night.The beach bar is farther away and it is not possible to walk, but the hostel offers free transfer.Upon arriving at Bar da Praia the experience remains excellent and relaxing with sun loungers and coconut trees.The hotel restaurant is simply wonderful, no doubt the best of kite, we tested others in the center but nothing equals!We dinner at the Pousada 3 nights!

The gym is quite basic but you can do some exercises so as not to lose the routine.The transfer to the beach bar could be more recurring, one day we had to go by taxi because the next transfer would take a long time.The massage was relaxing but not excellent, anyway did not impact our impression of the hotel.

The property is amazing and the location is fantastic! Everything was beatiful, very well kept and clean. It is like you are in the jungle and then you walk out the front gate and you are right in the heart of Pipa. We saw monkies, and a huge iguana right from our breakfast table. Also saw lots of lizards and birds. The breakfast was delicious. And the staff are very professional and very helpful!

I cannot think of anything that we did not like. It was all fantastic!

The key device to provide energy to the bungalow was poorly contacting.Which made energy fall from time to time.

Location is super nice.Wonderful garden.It is exactly on the pipa -bustling street and at the same time, when you enter the hostel, it seems to be somewhere else with a lush nature and comfortable accommodation.Not to mention the simply wonderful breakfast.
