The very good, comfortable bed with good bedding, very clean room, very smelling towels.Very good breakfast.The hotel is very pleasant with many colorful flowers.The restaurant also very good and with variety of dishes.The location is good but it is a good walk to the center.It has a stylized van that takes guests to the center.Drivers and receptionists are all very friendly.The hotel feijoada was very hot and with an excellent live singer.Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the spa and the pool, but I found the hotel very complete and I still saw that they had recrees for the children.

Having informed QA Kombi only worked from 15h.One day I walked and the other I took Uber for nothing in the morning, and there was a driver and he was there and we didn't know he could take it in the morning (when there was no other service).But I think I should always have a driver in the morning, because this transport is a differential in the hotel.Place liquid soap in the bathroom sink of the bedrooms.Whenever I arrived I wanted to wash my hands and had to catch liquid soap inside the box, it should have a tube in the sink too.The internal bar closes for an employee's rest and this was not on the role of information from Check In, and I arrived before 18h (I arrived about 17:40 or 17:45h) the employee said he had the board closed.We narrowly not without lunch, thanks to the receptionist who spoke to the boy from the bar to serve us.

I found it very well prepared to serve families with small children. It has a support area with microwave, fruits, and other utensils that those who have children / baby certainly need, besides monitors with activities for the little ones.Wonderful view of the room the transfer to the center with Mr Lima, a very friendly person.Very friendly team of pizza night A good surprise that we had excellent breakfast, with great variety and quality products.I was just disappointed with the corn cake that was not really natural.

Pool is releasing parts of the floor at the bottom.The bar cardio is large but many items are missing every day, that is, few options at the end.The carpet leaves a bad smell the bathroom is very tight

Very large and comfortable room with two bathrooms (I loved it!).Well maintained and beautiful outdoor area, very cute wood construction.Reception bar drinks are very tasty.Very good breakfast, you can order many things on the table like tapioca, waffle, pancakes, eggs… Heated pool is very good in summer too, as Campos is colder always.The spa massage with Polyana was wonderful!We love the van that takes and brings from the center at night, as Capivari has a parking problem.Not having to run after the car is all good!

Observe the pool part that is in tablets, as some are releasing and can hurt the foot.

They have a transfer to the center that is very cool.In the room has air conditioning, good bed!Very good morning coffee, employees too!We had a pizza night… wow that delicious… and also they let the dogs get into the cold, I found an action very worthy with the dogs, my baby loved the dogs there…

I went with my baby and the kettle was only close to the reception!They did not have one in the room… it makes it difficult to night in the cold, but that would not stop me from coming back!

Savoy deserves note 10 with praise !!We had an impeccable stay.We like everything!The hotel atmosphere is very charming with large rooms and many amenities offered to guests.Also noteworthy is the great service of the hotel restaurant and free transfer (made in a friendly stylized van) to the center of Capivari.To close with a golden key, we still had to give a memorable jazz presentation (always on Saturday night) at the hotel's own restaurant.

Nothing to register, we like everything.

The location is very good, about 1km from the center.The hotel in general is very good, with a very suitable cost benefit.It is important to consider that as it was in New Year's Eve, price refugee is harder to compare.Very clean hotel, very good food and note 10.

Just a little more attention to the replacement of towels and paper in the bathroom.Regarding breakfast could have natural juices (they were very "watery"), perhaps climbing the quality a little more, nothing that disqualify.

The hotel is sensational, the entire leisure area is a delight, the pool is air -conditioned, super cool games room and a very good spa.Breakfast is great, many options available in the buffet, in addition to the La Carte options.The hotel has some amenities that really made a difference, such as transfer to Capivari, Pizza Night and Spa.As for the location, it is very close to everything.

Great location, nice restaurant, very clean, nice amenities. Love the monitor playing with kids. Great masseuse.

In the room up the hill - you could hear the cars and motorcycles driving by so loud. Those rooms should have a more soundproof thickness door or even better build a real wall with stones to block the sound along the property on the up side. The rooms down below the hill don't have that issue.
