Excellent structure.Very good and always hot pool.Very good restaurant too.In some meals, they do not have such a large varieties.But in general, it serves very well with variety and taste.Exceptional employee service.Always solicitous, attentive and humorous.They have adult and children's recreation, but we use little.The room is very large and new.Very well cared for.It also has courts, soccer field, bowling, disco, covered pool, spa and games room.It has a larger gym that is well equipped and a simpler smaller.
The air conditioner smelled a little. Fort as soon as it was connected.But it did not prevent its use.

Excellent hotel, with all the comfort needed for families.Imagine something you need for rest and fun.In Recanto you find, from a gym, passing through a game room, bowling, thermal pools, spas, recreation for both children and adults, several restaurants around the place, in short, there is no lack of comfort in this resort.
I think there are nobles scattered around the place.Faced with so many amenities, offering guests would not be so costly to the hotel.

Of the leisure area with warm pool and wet bar.The coffee and dinner are very good.The facilities of our room were new and very comfortable.
We took a room away from the leisure/dinner area and had to do a lot of detachments.(This was not clear in the reserve) The recreation was cool but our expectation was higher.Programs that are released on Instagram did not happen on the three days we stayed at the hotel.

The atmosphere is super welcoming, the hotel design is fantastic, the outdoor pool is super nice.The employees are super attentive.
In the restaurant, the drinks take time to arrive.Sometimes they arrive when we are finishing the meal.Jacuzzi was not working.The television didn't work (we didn't miss it either, but it's a flaw).

The room has only one outlet, being little to charge the cell phones, notebooks and iPad… When we arrived, the room was very hot and took a long time to be at a pleasant temperature even with the 18 degree air conditioned.The quality of the food from the restaurant TBEM is reasonable.

The hotel has good entertainment options for children and adults.The staff is very helpful and attentive.The room was large, comfortable and well equipped.We like it so much that we prefer to stay in the hotel to know new places at times.
The only drawback is that it is far from the city's main tourist attractions.
