Quality Hotel Manaus

Receptionists are fantastic, friendly, efficient.Provide everything you ask.The lobby is very large and beautiful.The pool is great.The room is comfortable and spacious.The mattress is very good.The bedding are of good quality.It is next to a very good mall, with many restaurant options.The neighborhood is one of Manaus's clearest and safest and safe.I would like the hotel to have the option of 'not cleaning the room'.Most days my room is fully clean and organized, so there is no daily cleaning.Breakfast is very varied, but if you don't like regional products, it may be a little surprised.

The pillow could be better.It was a little hard and tall.There were several, but all the same way.One day, the chambermaid took away the towels, which were still in conditions of use.I arrived in the room and wanted to wash my hair, but there were no towels.They only arrived after 7 pm.Sound insulation does not work much.At 5:30 in the morning, the noise of cars on the street starts.Regional products are served at breakfast.However, one day, the cassava and the sweet potato were totally raw.

Very good location, next to Manauara Shopping and alongside good restaurants, including the mall itself.Full and varied breakfast with several options to the guest.Very comfort and room well equipped with everything you need to have (minibar, board and iron, safe, etc).It has several rooms for events and congresses.Excellent support team!

In general there is nothing to complain about, only in 2 days 1 of the 3 elevators stopped for maintenance and 2 times the electronic key has defomed and could not open the room.

Bathroom Amenities are of excellent quality.Checkin 24h really worked well.Very privileged location in the city center.

Regional breakfast is served a la carte on the table.It is very good and must be kept.However, adding a table with a small buffet would leave more freedom of escolba for guests.

View of Suite Office is beautiful, room is huge and very good for working, shower shower with great pressure, very good location

Elevators are terrible.Pillows can improve.The hotel is a little old and the restaurant/breakfast leaves something to be desired.

Comfortable room, quite clean, with an excellent location next to a large mall (Manauara Shopping).It has an excellent typical regional breakfast.

The pool was not clean, a good maintenance is missing.

Traffic is very intense on the hotel street.
