Mirador Rio Copacabana Hotel

The accommodations are in the ideal space because we use so much to sleep and get ready to go out, the pool time could be a little more extended, employees are generally well educated and helpful, especially three reception employees that a pity does not I remember the name, they welcomed us very well, kindly, cordially and always ready to help, the hotel offers a breakfast that although not very variable has met our needs well.

We accidentally wasted the date and stood with a simply invalid reservation in the lobby.However, this was solved super easily and organized us rooms for the same day and the same price.This is really not a matter of course.The rooms were very big, the bed was cozy and the bathroom even had a sauna.The location is 5 minutes on foot from the beach and very centrally located in the busy Copacabana district.

I had no negative experience

The rooftop pool view and view from room was very nice.

No wifi in your room have to use in the lobby or pool. Air conditioning was set and locked it was extremely hot and when complained they made up excuses Breakfast was average compared to the other places in rio. Bathroom smelled horrible.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Room was loud. People next door were yelling for an hour and wouldnt stop. I banged on the wall but did not matter. I lasted over an hour while were trying to sleep. The bed was hard as a rock! The restaraunt had little food. Buffet was not offered on that day.

I loved the super receptive stay, surely I'll be back more often, nice breakfast, perfect!Well made drinks, a great trip and accommodation.

The towels were a bit hard
