Of the parking lot have a proper size, even for a few cars.The service was excellent, all were very friendly and receptive.The room had a Smart TV that really worked and was configured, something a little difficult to find.

Breakfast could have more variety of salty foods.There could be indication of the names/fillings of the exposed foods.Beside the bed there were some pebbles/terraces, which could be a problem with the vacuum cleaner or just the hurry at the time of cleaning, because the rest of the room was very clean.

Fantastic service, super comfortable bed.Attentive and educated collaborators.Delicious breakfast, really, a lot and everything delicious.Super near Avenida das Hortênsias, we did several walks, excellent location.It is very worthwhile.

The bedroom with "balcony" has nothing balcony, is just a door to the street instead of a window.There were a few centimeters out of the room, calling this a "balcony", but it was a few centimeters with fence, it didn't even fit my foot out, they could have been clearer.

Very good bed, good coffee and employees are helpful.

I put check in between 14-15h, we arrived at 14h on the trip and the room was not ready, we waited about half an hour at the reception.The free parking that the hostel offers is not guaranteed, does not have for all guests.When we arrived we left the car, we left and when we returned the parking lot was closed (crowded).The car was at night on the street and all right the place is quiet, but that was not what we expected.

Actually the Pousada officials were always very attentive ... but due to building maintenance problems they changed us to the Zermatt hotel ... which is notoring the pousada tango since we could not meet her ... the comments correspond to the mentioned hotel.

All were very attentive.For the check out we left at 5 am and offered us to take breakfast for AMS than the same to als 8 am recently.

Breakfast could be an hour earlier.But sincerely everything very rich.
