Good breakfast.The number of leisure options is very interesting.Our cabin had several defects: Frigobar leaking water, loose toilet, defective door did not close, we had to call maintenance, intercom for silent reception, not working.Still the general infrastructure is good.We liked the guided tour, but it would be better if the guides brought further explanations.The care to offer us repellent before the woods ride was very cool.

I already answered above: Worst of all were the infrastructure defects and problems.Also, it should be added that the price of everything is a little too expensive, with regard to food, services etc. purchased outside the package.Another point that could be improved is a more cultural and educational approach to the guided tour and other attractions.This approach is promised but partially fulfilled.

Excellent location, easy to arrive.The environment where it is located is surrounded by a pure nature and its cabins according to it, with a variant of activities (bicycles, soccer fields, volley , what disconnected from the daily life, making this hotel/park park, a spectacular and dream place.First level service with staff both in gastronomic and in the part of attractions, very professional and super friendly (we mainly highlight our congratulations to Erico, who speaking in Spanish, made us feel very comfortable when providing information), without Doubts, a different and super recommended place.Our congratulations to all the staff that gave us a spectacular 4 -day stay !!!!!

I really enjoyed all the structure offered by the hotel and the sympathetic and always helpful service.Diversified and wonderful breakfast, quality of bed and bath, convenience of having a restaurant with very close home food.The presentations on the dream stage in the late afternoon provide even more joy.The possibility of exploring bicycle property with the family.Facilitated access to Acqua Lokos Park is a mega differential.I loved and recommend the accommodation too much.

There were more comfortable chairs on the porch of the cabin and Wi-Fi that worked in the room.The pool area can be improved.

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are excellent.Also excellent leisure area.It was the first we went to the summer (usually we go to winter) and we like it too.
