Sancho Bay Flat for our family is the house of D Nadia and Mr Walter, a dear and welcoming family.We feel as if we were staying by family members from the first moment.Upon arrival, a wonderful cake accompanied by a delicious juice was waiting for us.Very attentive, affectionate and helpful couple, took care of everything to make our experience perfect.Fernando de Noronha is paradise for its natural beauty.If you are looking for a stay to recover your energies and discover the charms of the island, this hosting is ideal for you.It's not luxurious but it's extremely comfortable.It's from those places you feel at home.For liberality, we referred us products and services that adapted to our expectations, as well as have always been helpful in sharing the history and culture of the island's natives.D Nadia is born and raised in the house where she resides to this day.If you have the privilege of knowing Mr Walter's office, or sitting on the network with D Nadia, you will surely have the opportunity to make deep reflections on these inspiring people.Flat's location is another wonderful point.In a few minutes of walking we arrived at Sancho beach (also known as the most beautiful in the world), Cacimba do Father and Bay of Porcos.Mr Walter provided us with precious tips, especially regarding food.Everything in Noronha is very expensive, following guidance, we passed the market and dispatching a suitcase of food, leaving to use Flat's kitchen (super functional) to prepare all our meals.Cleaning and storage were other high points of this experience.D Nadia is very detailed and the maintenance of the facilities was impeccable.Striving to synthesize our opinion, the peak landscape contrasting with the wonderful desert flowers that they cultivate will be engraved in our hearts, as well as the friendly smile of the dear couple and their attentive daughters.

For those who want tranquility and comfort, besides staying a few minutes of walking from Sancho, could not recommend another hosting.Walter and Nadia are a charm, we won a family besides feeling at home.I cannot but thank the cake of the gods with delicious passion fruit juice that Naná prepared to receive us.The room is very well equipped with TD needed to cook, and is very comfortable and quiet.Impeccable cleaning.Stoved air and wonderful bed.I believe it is the only inn that offers guests a gallon of 20 l of courtesy mineral water in Noronha (not cheap item on the island).Perfect location (very close to Sancho and Cacimba do Padre) and very close bus stop as well.Finally we only have to thank for all the hospitality and affection with which we were treated, we will surely come back as soon as they can and recommend it to everyone who wants to meet Noronha and have a different experience.Thank you so much for the wonderful days!

First I have to start this review by saying I had to rate it on a scale from 1 to 10…. it’s not a 10 it’s a 100! This is a family run business and from the moment you arrive they make you feel like family. the property is well located near the airport and all the beaches. the room is spacious, amazing pillows and I’m very picky with pillows. very clean facility. the host was so sweet she did my laundry and folded it and she knew I loved cake so she would bake me my favorite cake. it felt like family but they always respected your privacy, I felt safe and relaxed. it’s rare I can say that I’d go back to a property, but this place is the first choice for me! and I’d recommend it to anyone going to this destination.

The flat is a ground floor apartment with a kitchen and twin bedroom with a patio attached. From the patio there is an excellent view of a large garden in the middle of the natural environment of the Island. The center is a 10 minutes taxi or bus ride away, but beautiful beaches are within walking distance. We loved the peace and quiet of the place. The owners are very friendly and do all they can to make one feel comfortable, beyond what can reasonably expected. The kitchen is very well kitted out and the the place was spotlessly clean.

The location is excellent, is in a place very close to the airport and close to the entrances of the beaches of Sancho, Bay of Porcos and Cacimba do Father.The atmosphere is very homemade, very clean and with individual full kitchen (great for those who do not want to spend so much on food on the island).Owners are attentive and help you organize everything on the trip before you go there (car, bus, tours, taxi, etc.).It is worth taking some tips with Mr Walter.The bus stop is 2 minutes from the place and for $ 5 per person, goes anywhere on the island.

Spacious flat, with all that is needed.For those who like to feel more at home than in a conventional hostel, it's great!And there is also the tidying of the room.Attentive owner, always concerned about the guest's well-being, and gives many tips on Noronha.Very good air conditioning and shower.It was a great choice!

There were no negative points.Just one observation: For those who want to go to the village or Porto with more frequently and freedom (or a little lazy ... lol), it is a good choice to rent a car.

Reception, affection in the details, location, comfort, view.Your Valter, Dona Nádia and her daughters are excellent hosts.It was a unique experience!The accommodations are simple and cozy, there is everything that is necessary to enjoy the island with comfort and tranquility, the most beautiful beaches on the island are a few minutes walking and there is a super close bus stop.The hosts were super helpful and welcoming, we felt at home.We will certainly go back to our home in Noronha.

Dona Nádia, Seu Walter and Iza are very pleasant and welcoming people.The flat is very close to the airport.I could go on foot.It is very close to Sancho beach, and it is possible to walk too.It is a place very close to BR where the bus passes and away from the excitement, very silent and pleasant.

It was not a problem, because I stayed two days.The shower was a little stuffy, where the shower comes out of the shower, but I didn't even warn, because it didn't bother me.

Mr Walter and D. Nadia are wonderful.Extremely attentive, helpful.D. Nadia made no effort to please us while we were at the inn.Impeccable bedding and bath, clean flat and very smelling.Mineral water, and groceries available in the kitchen.Silent, safe and quiet place.
