Excellent location, you can do almost everything on foot.I didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped.The shower is excellent and gets hot very well.The owner is super attentive and kind.He left us a very dear note and chocolates.The building has a caretaker who can also help what they need.

The only thing that bothered me a little is that the apartment had a slightly strong smell, I believe that because it was long closed, and ended up attacking my allergy.I left the windows open to air and improved.

The location of the apartment is great, with two children we can do some walking tours, such as Mini World, Church/Covered Street.The apartment is very clean, organized and had everything we need.Also shower with good pressure and hot water.The bedroom bed is very comfortable.And Mr Márcio's service was excellent, very attentive and helpful, as was Dona Marlene.

Only the room sofa of the room is a little uncomfortable.Maybe you could have some foam to put it over to get a little softer.

The apartment is located near the center, in a very good and quiet neighborhood.Host Marlene very attentive, took good care of all details to provide us with a great stay.Comfortable and cozy apartment, all assembled and equipped, has a garage with electronic gate, and has all the assistance of Márcio, very zealous and helpful.A good place to spend a nice season in Gramado.

The facilities are great, there is everything you may need in a house and a few more pampering, the heaters work well, there is elevator, private parking, no problem with starters or exits, quietly accommodates a couple with two children or even Three adults.It is also close to the center and with good attractions and nearby restaurants.
