This policy that some hotels adopt about leaving a warranty credit card for consumption is ridiculous and very offensive.Yesterday at breakfast, the attendant that wrote down the room number demanded that I pay the coffee at the entrance, and I would check out two hours later.I found it rude and show that the guest is not reliable.Unnecessary.

Fantastic location, you can't find better location than this, close to Copacabana beach, and many bars/restaurants. Spacious and comfy rooms. Super helpful staff, we arrived 4 hours before our check-in time, and hotel staff did their best to prepare our room as soon as possible. Very good breakfast. Roof pool is very good and usable.
Sound isolation of the rooms could be improved.

Good location, large and comfortable room, spacious bathroom to divide with companion.Not so attractive leisure areas, but serve the basics for a weekend for two.
Despite being part of a standard medium network, let's say this unit is the middle class cousin.In question at the cost benefit, I did not think I was so worth the leisure areas to be simple.

It is in the second line of beach and very good location in Copacabana, very walkable to the bars and Costanera.They lend you towels.Breakfast very good attention and variety.Small but beautiful sight.
I thought I had booked with breakfast and it wasn't like that.Look good because I had to pay it apart.Housing for children is free, but not breakfast.

Good location near Copacabana beach, nice rooftop pool and bar with view. Very comfy beds. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.
The room equipment had seen better days. The bartender at the rooftop bar was really unpleasant. Also one lady at the reception was rude and argued with us over one bottle of water, which we didn't take.

Aging establishment not up to its 4 stars.The absence of necessary tea or coffee in the room.A fairly small room like the bathroom.Our drinks left in the refrigerator and not returned to check-out when it was inspected to check our possible consumption.9

The staff of the hotel are amazing, friendly. The food is delicious. We were amazed by the spaceous and clean rooms. The pool on the roof was great. We saw that they clean pool every morning. If we come back, we will defenetly stay here again!

Great location near Copacabana beach, nice spacious bedroom, all facilities good. Top quality buffet breakfast and all staff very helpful and friendly at all times. Recommended as an excellent Copacabana base.

We remained without a bedside table for the entire stay and was not reinstated.No courtesy slippers.Room not soundproofed due to dated windows.Surely not from 4*s, it would need maintenance.
