I liked the location, very close to the subway and the beach.In the region there are many options of commerce and restaurants.Very good shower.Care of the reception very good, my air conditioner was dripping, which they arranged promptly.

The cleaning of the room left to be desired because when I arrived I already had hair in the bathroom that stayed there all my stay.One day to the next was just the trash and the bed was gathered.The bathroom as a whole was not clean, the sink that was no longer very clean on arrival, was not very clean on any of the days.The room either was swept down.I stayed a week staying and breakfast, despite having quality items, never varied, every day the same thing.The room I was very small and the window was the hotel's pit, so it was bad to stay in there a long time inside.The pool area was smelling bad and the day I was there was a lot of dirt on the tables.

I really liked the place is perfect because everything is close, landfill very good for ride, there are some steaks from Itaú everywhere which is very good for those who want to get around this way, the hotel with very cozy room, we exchanged ours From what the double bed, the hotel and very quiet, employees cared for us, breakfast is a delight.

I've been to Petit a few times but this time I had problems with the cleaning, I arrived in the room and found underwear that were not mine, bathroom was dirty and the drains open leaving a bad smell.I also had problems with the bad air conditioning and when the display worked didn't turn on.Lastly, the elevator was a bad sensor and ended up closing the doors even with someone between them.

It has good access to the beach (although the beach is not clean) and has a lot of commerce and restaurants around.Great breakfast (I loved the pudding).

Very basic breakfast and what was bad (egg, cheese bread, cake ...).As for the bedroom, little comfort: 24/7 corridor light disturbs, accuses very bad (noise of the hallway and elevator music), shower water does not heat much, spots on towels and bed sheet, lack of railing in one of the sides of the ground floor stairs.
