My husband and I stayed for just one night, but we ended up leaving late the next day. We requested to use the showers, and we were pleasantly surprised to find shower cabins available for a reasonable price. They were amazing—very clean and stocked with fresh towels. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Despite the small and crowded space, the food never ran out. While the bedroom wasn't luxurious, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the gesture of being upgraded to a front view room, even though we had booked a more affordable option.
Breakfast space is very small so it is probably always crowded and noisy.

The hotel is right on Copacabana beach. Nice view from the bar area, located on the rooftop. Good breakfast and great location. Even we were not able to have a late check out, we could make a shower before leaving from the hotel. Friendly staff at the reception, especially the one who takes care of the luggages.
The room was not so clean, no view (from our room we did not see, not even the sky), we were looking into internal yard. The room was very noisy due to the air conditioning. The bedsheets weren't really white, more like gray:( The walls were stained

Very well located hotel, impeccable entry, comfortable, we were very well received by employee Erisvaldo, attentive, helpful, took us many questions, the compliment goes all the way.
The room is comfortable, only a little dark and for the daily rate, the internal view left a little to be desired.I noticed that some reception staff attended "better" some specific people, I believe that with "pre -social" judgment it is worth the compliment to the employee Erisvaldo, we would return again for his impeccable service :)

Location is great, being in front of the beach makes it a perfect hotel for beach lovers. Staff were very helpful, kind and competent, there are many shops and food outlets nearby, the room was clean and comfortable. Food was good.
I prefer to have some facilities to make tea in the room. There was no tissue in the room, which seems a bit weird. May be it is not a thing in Brasil, I observed it in other hotels too.

Although I was advise the view would be on the courtyard I didn’t expect it to be so dark and view very depressing.. so be aware of that .. also front desk staff is not all super nice , really depends on who you find at reception.

In general, a very comfortable hotel because of their location. The breakfasts were fantastic security in the surroundings. All impeccable clean and orders
We did not like to have the air conditioning in the window where a frightful noise emitted would be the suggestion detail that put some noise isolation system towards the bedrooms

Breakfast is exquisite, the piece meets what is necessary.You have to take advantage of going to the sauna and gym.The personnel is very friendly.The location is very good!
The room was seen to a wall and the engines of the air conditioning permanently sound.The pool is very small.

The whole stay was impeccable, from attention, to breakfast, facilities, views, rooms.On Check Out Day, the suitcases left us until we left, we could even bathe before our flight, the truth is that everything beautiful, thank you very much Orla Hotel !!!
