I requested a cradle at the time of reserve.My cradle request was accepted apart from the reserve.When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist wondered if I would need a cradle (didn't make me much sense, because I had already asked - and it was a information she didn't really have) - saying yes, he said he would take at least 1hr so ​​that he would be taken to the room, for there was no one to assemble him at that moment.As I took the mounted cradle to my room, I went to check and the base of the crib plummeted.Completely insecure for the use of a baby.It is worth mentioning that the mobile is very old and it was not an assembly error.This was unfortunately a very present feature in some hotel details.I preferred to sleep with my daughter in bed to avoid some other disorder.The friendliness and attention of the receptionist on my arrival was not the best.Anyway, this comment does not reflect the behavior of other hotel professionals.

Location: close to everything, wheelchair we went to the supermarket, pharmacy, alternate 2 very satisfactory restaurants City Bier and Bel Viale;They put us in a fourth adapted family 102 after I told the special needs because I went with 2 elderly 85 and 90 years old and one of them uses wheelchair, large, 1 bed and 2 single beds, comfortable mattress, balcony, 2 TV;Good air conditioner (we catch heat wave 38 °);Pool: Heated, several levels, whirlpool, the elderly managed to use.

The sheets were grimy, only the bathrooms of the bathrooms were removed daily, I'm not sure if the bedroom bathroom was clean daily, 2 TV but cable TV did not work properly with channel poverty or TV with digital converter.

The breakfast was very good.A lot of choice and enough space.It's great that breakfast opens at 6:30 am!Most of the tours start at 07:00.The room was adequate.If you get a room with a street view - and it is the weekend - you can prepare for a little party noise.

The WiFi didn't work at all in the rooms.You always had to go to the lobby or the area all around to get a good signal.At the weekend you have some noise at the street side rooms.

The hotel is located in the center of the city.Many options to walk to good restaurants (Burgerz, Rodizio Premium .....) and ease to go to the cataracts.The family room is wide and the pool is fine.Good assortment for breakfast and attentive staff.

Like many 3/4 stars hotels in Brazil, they need some reforms ... The antiquity of the facilities is noted.

Very good breakfast, very attentive staff, everything clean and neat.The location in the city is good and restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot.It is about 20 minutes to the national park with Uber/Taxi.

The mattress was too hard for us.The carpets in the corridors were very stained.
