Service leaves a little to be desired.The reception is almost always closed and we need to keep calling the owner's cell phone to make a request.Another point to be highlighted: the checkout was at noon and asked if they could get my luggage until 5:30 pm, as I would only go to the airport at this time.They said yes and that I could search the agreed time.They got my luggage, and when I arrived to search, there was no one at the reception or in the (owned) guard at the time previously agreed.It was all closed.I had to keep calling the owner several times, which caused a certain inconvenience.

The location is excellent, practically only crosses the street to go to the consulate.It is a place for a short stay, one night, which was my case.
The thing that really displeased me was the stuffy toilet.I thought it was absurd the fact that they make a room available and not unclog in the vase (with a soda bottle you do it).A tip for those in the triple room is to check the toilet as soon as you arrive and if you have the problem yet, ask immediately to change rooms (something I should have done).

Simple but very clean and complete place.I grabbed a room with a private bathroom with TV, air conditioning and fridge where I was, my husband and my daughter.For me I needed to go to the American consulate was excellent because it is literally at the door.I was able to leave my car in the garage paying an additional and remained there while I went to the consulate.

The room was very clean and organized.It was very practical as it is super close to the American consulate.Great cost benefit !!The street is super quiet at night you can sleep and rest very well !!!If I need for sure I will host myself there.
