The hotel team is note 10. Manager Camila played a key role for the harmony of our people, after all, our family practically filled the hotel (I think only 2 apartments were not from our circle).Our room was large, with comfortable beds and bedding and great quality bath.And quite clean and well maintained.Hotel management allowed us to use the breakfast area to make our meals.A kindness that helped us a lot and allowed us to have our meals together from our relatives and friends.Wide and well maintained parking.Some upper category apartment have a garage in their own apartment, which makes it much easier because each apartment is at a different level.Extra detail, there is a coffee with cakes at the reception when you arrive for your check-in .... (Too good !!!!).
We miss a living area.According to the manager, the hotel is enabling study for the creation of a living area.

The overall experience was nice, the design of the loby and in general of the area is very nice
The parking near the room, that was supposed to be an advantege, is very bad for low cars, impossible to avoid the hitting of the front and back of the car while going up to reach that parking spot and going down back to the street. And I could park near de reception also, if was advised about the situation. When I´ve tried to speack this with the lady from the fron dask, she replied it was me the I´ve chosen the tipe of the room. When the client comes with a complain, is better to listen what they have to say...

The location, and one of the things, which helps a lot in traveling to almost all the beaches a great service, from arrival at the reception, until we end the very good breakfast!Congratulations to everyone on the team !!
From the noise about my room, people moving bed, I don't know why, I figured it wouldn't be the staff of the cleaning team, it was too early!Maybe someone approaching bed each other, yet wakes up the other people from neighboring rooms ...

Convenience, structure, breakfast, cleaning, organization, general service of employees, has place to park cars in the garages next to the rooms.
Location is on an improper beach to enter, has no trades and kiosks in front.But as it is on an avenue it is easily accessible from buses and to the city center (2km) and it is possible to move on other beaches at a low cost, it is not necessary to use car app for access to the beaches.The cost benefit pays off.

Rua da Pousada is very busy, and our room because it was number 1 did not have an isolation of the sound, and it is possible to hear the movement of cars and motorcycles during the day and dawn!This affected sleep!

Everything is very wonderful, simple but totally comfortable what I think is most important!The shower and education and sympathy of employees is what makes the most want to stay and not leave!Breakfast note a thousand also .. The hotel was a great surprise !!
The only thing that the beach facing the hotel is not very suitable for bath!But even so, nothing that hinders the hosting because 10 minutes away has a great beach!

Breakfast is very neat, the rooms are very comfortable and organized, especially the bed that is very soft, but the pillows are very high and the employees are well educated and kind.
Despite all the good things, some guests end up making noise at night/day, which ends up bothering you in a way, but nothing so alarming, besides only entry/exit of the place by automatic gates, which depends on employees open.

Parking included and from the beach, 10 minutes driving from the ferry to Ilha Grande, going there is better, there is buses on the island for all the beaches
My break was number 1, so very close to the main street, so the noise bothered, but nothing that was unbearable, because we left in the morning and only returned the night
