Very good accommodation.Very clean apartment that has several amenities, such as coffee maker and dryer.When we asked for the change of bed and bath clothes (we stayed 10 days), we were promptly attended.Even dish cloths were exchanged!Very helpful owner.Wi fi works perfectly well.Super attentive doorman and always attentive to our arrival.Elevator working and always clean.Silent building.The location is very good.There is bakery, pharmacy, bag, drink deposit, restaurants, all very close, and the beach is a maximum of 10 minutes of walking.The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The location is great and the communication with the host was excellent.The Swiss chocolates were amazing and the apartment served me very well and my friends (two couples).The common space of the building is also excellent and the use of the pool was super quiet.I recommend the stay and would come back other times.

Parking of the building is rotating, with the possibility of running out of vacancy.However, we had no problems and we got a vacancy throughout our stay (two nights), even in Carnival holiday period.
