The cottage is well located: between Rua do Luar (Airport Street) and Av. Sol Nascente.There is a need to get the location on the booking map.The house is small, corresponds to the photos, is very well maintained and clean.The hosts are kind and helpful.It is mounted and does not need to take a home layout (sheets, blankets, bath towels, tablecloth, kitchen utensils, etc.).The house has internet and cable TV.The fireplace is in the room and works well.

It is important to check the type of car to be parked on the ground as the corridor is narrow.There is a lack of enough place to store luggage.

Great cottage!Comfortable, with full kitchen and barbecue.The shower and taps are heated gas, they are warm!Very good for those who like to prepare their breakfast and enjoy it calmly, make a barbecue eventually, and save, making your own fondue enjoying the fireplace .... my pet felt the owner of the yard, and also enjoyed a lot!

The entrance street is a little bumpy.

The cleaning was impeccable, the house is better than in the photos, the owners were excellent and the house is delicious.The location is good, there is a bakery nearby (Paneteria Vila Rita) that you can walk.The house is near the main avenue of Monte Verde.The sight, the surrounding nature is a wonder.If I could live there.

The facilities are identical to photos, warm shower, good bath, excellent bed and bath clothes, comfortable bed, great location, market, pharmacy and bakery near the city's main street.I will definitely be back more often, because I was very well welcomed by Odete and Vagner, both very attentive, indicated with eyes closed.

Accommodation with all the amenities, very clean bedding, fireplace to warm in the cold and a good outdoor area that my pet has tied itself.

Some streets of the city have no paving and damage low cars.

Super organized and tasteful house.All working well this is fundamental.

Only the garage with tight street ... Nothing that disabled as it is common in mountain cities.
