The breakfast was quite disappointing.Started and dirty tables from the night before, without sweeping with remnants of food, bothered me a lot.There was a day that I had to take the alcohol myself and clean the table, because the only employee who takes care of the coffee was overwhelmed.Clearly has a team deficit, they need more people working at coffee.The same person who cooks is the one who serves the clients on the table, there is no way to expect a different service.She really does the best she can, in the face of overload.Another criticism is that above the bedroom door has a glass window, and at night the hallway light is lit and penetrates a lot of brightness inside the room, which bothers sleep.

The room is very comfortable and has an amazing view.

We don't like breakfast: first it is exposed on Instagram, which in our room is offered a breakfast on the porch (also said by the attendant during the check-in), but when we asked in the morning, another attendant said there was not This option.In the morning in question, breakfast was very simple, as if the hotel were with some kind of contingency.The eggs were already fried and cold.The yogurts were hot.There was only one juice option.We waited more for the room we chose.On cleaning, it was almost perfect, but we noticed what looked clear bloodstains in the sink of our bathroom.

The location is excellent, very friendly employees, the shower is wonderful, the water comes out with a lot of pressure making its bath very relaxing and pleasurable.

The hotel limits the use of 1 pillow per person, if you order more pillows they do not provide.I felt embarrassed and annoyed by limiting the use of a pillow by guest, first time in my life that witnesses this in a hotel.The breakfast is very small has only: coffee, milk, 1 juice, fruits, 1 type yogurt, cold cuts, eggs, 1 regional dish, butter, bread and 1 type of cake.

The hotel is very cute, an old mansion, with a beautiful view.Very attentive employees.

Exactly because it was old, I had some problems.The air conditioner did not work.I asked for help and just called and was just ventilating, without cooling.The room I stayed, the window gave the hotel inside, leaving the room with that smell of mold.The lighting of the room was very bad.I almost didn't see anything.The bathroom also left it to be desired ..

Pousada Nova, super well located, all brand new !!Big bedroom, bathroom and shower very good, air conditioning working.Beautiful view of the restaurant and the floors on the bedrooms.The girls who work at the hostel are super attentive, especially Colombian who is at the very polite reception and requests.

Milk was missing one day in the coffee, the other did not have, but I asked on the second day and immediately went to buy.

The team and the location are great!The accommodation has a whole charm, following the houses of the region.

We stayed in a room where the windows gave to the inside of the hotel, a kind of inside span that went from the ground floor to the top.The noise of the downstairs restaurant echoes this span and bothers a lot !!!

Bad breakfast, no options and without much quality, cleaning also terrible, I asked to sanitize the bathroom and change the trash on the third day and the employee did not like.When I came back she had only taken off the trash and did nothing but nothing in the room.
