The hotel is all brand new, very clean and look good.The team is very helpful and kind.All in perfect condition and with a lot of cleaning.Exactly in front of the Santana Bus Terminal and the subway, just cross the street.It is a popular place, with trades and a lot of movement, but I had no problem with security.I stayed to take a university test at 850 meters and walked there without any problem.No noise from the street is heard.I certainly recommend and would host again there.

The only inconvenient was that my room was beside the reception, so when people arrived talking loudly or with phone noise, I could hear inside the room.But it didn't disturb me, I slept normally.

The hotel is new, everything works perfectly, the room is big, has everything it takes for a good stay.It is extremely clean too, both runners and bedrooms.All brand new.Attentive employees.

These are not really problems, but characteristics: some lances of stairs, no elevator.And the hotel facade is a small port, it makes it difficult to call a taxi, drivers don't find it easily because it's new and because the facade is so5 a little door.As I said, they are just characteristics of construction that do not get in the way of their stay.

For the price is an excellent option.Well located, exactly in front of Santana do Metro Station, comfortable bed, Smart TV, very clean bathroom with everything new.

My room had a large proximity to the reception, so it was easy to hear everything that happened there, and give a feeling of little privacy.Being in front of a bus terminal there was also some noise coming from the street, but did not bother sleep.I also missed a basic hygiene kit in the bathroom (there was only soap).

Differentiated, personalized and efficient service.All very polite and attentive.They took care of our hosting in the smallest detail.They offered breakfast, exceptionally, at my request, and that made all the difference!They attended our preferences carefully and with all the affection.The whole team is to be congratulated.I recommend and intend to go back whenever you need it!

All excellent!The super friendly receptionists, from the beginning to the end, let us order the suitcase to pick it up later, and even helped me ask the airport.The very clean atmosphere, all new, very close to the Santana and Bus Metro station.I definitely recommend them and if I return to São Paulo, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great hotel!Brand new appliances and working perfectly well.Very well located, quiet neighborhood, facing subway station and bus.It has everything close, market and pharmacy 24 hours on the same sidewalk as the hotel.Very good acoustics, even though it is facing the street the sound of the street does not bother.Attentive and friendly team.Super recommend!
